Articulated Truck Solutions is based in the UK with manufacturing facilities located close to Caterpillar® Peterlee. Our experienced team includes experts in design engineering, application engineering, manufacturing and production, sales and marketing, and product support.

Design Engineering

Experienced in vehicle design & application analysis. Use of Pro Engineer CAD stations, with capabilities for FEA analysis, 3D modelling, 2D assembly and parts drawings, incorporation of design for manufacture (DFM), and documentation including operator and parts manuals.

Our designs are based on existing Cat® chassis units and use Cat® components extensively, including hydraulics, electrical and electronics systems, and hardware.

Articulated Truck Solutions LLP is proud to be associated with Caterpillar® working closely with OEMSG (Peoria and Geneva) and the AT Business Unit in Peterlee. We have access to Cat® engineering design resources and our products are designed and produced to the highest quality standards.
